 **Three Best exercises one can do in this  #LOCKDOWN**

Hello geeks !!! Today I will tell u 3 best exercises that u can easily do at home during LOCKDOWN.
Today the whole world is facing the corona pandemic and all the people are supposed to stay at their homes.
Due to this our physical activities have reduced. So it's the perfect time one can spend on maintaining a healthy body and mind...
These exercises are so effective that if u continue this for 6 days it will turn into a Habit( condition: If u are not a lazy legend ).
So without wasting a bit lets dive into "A New Version Of Yourself". (2.0)....

1) Everyone must have done push-ups in their life. Now this is a Modified Version of Push-Ups...
    For this u have to take the school/college bag which u might have not even touched (especially college students:).Jokes apart, So a bag and 1 or 2 books would be sufficient (both vol of  RD Sharma or any heavy book).
Put them in the bag and wear it on the shoulders. Now u have to do the push-ups...
After a few days u will feel the tightness of the muscles of the shoulders...

2)The second one is another unique exercise which will do your cardio workout if u do it for only 5 min...
The name of this exercise is "Virtual Skipping"...Its the same way u do skipping, But without any rope.....After 30 sets u will feel the sweat.....And this is one of the best exercises if u want to increase your efficiency.....It is because it increases the oxygen level in the brain !!!
Just try it and u will surely feel the change........

3)The Third one is for the whole body (focusing on chest, abs, shoulders, legs)...This may be somewhat tricky but is Awesome...So first u have to stand straight and bend slowly and try to touch your palms on the floor just near your toes ...Now u have to walk with your palm such that the feet will remain at starting position....until your body is in the push-up position...
Now u have to do 1 push up and just repeat the entire process such that u finally reach the initial bend position...This will be 1 set of entire exercise...
Just try to do 5 sets without bending the knees......

All the above exercises will not take more than 20 min of your time...
